I hit up Papas and Beer in Rosarito in my early 20s as well. Shocked how ghetto underaged white chicks from San Diego could be. Place was pretty ghetto but proceeded to get bombed. Place was just a bunch of dudes and really ugly women getting wasted.

Anyway, there was a huge blackout in the place and the entire place got evacuated.......ended up at Adelitas somehow after a few hours of wandering TJ in dark allies with 5 of my other friends.....blew my mind on how the rest of the world operates when I walked into Adelitas (its a gigantic whorehouse for those that are uninitiated). again, looked straight out of a shady movie.

What year was this?

I had lots of fun times in Rosarito,this was circa 2002 but I was in my late teens so I had little to compare it to but it clearly beat out the 1:30 police state last call on the other side of the border. Plenty of young slutty SD girls used to roll down there especially during spring break and get it IN. I can imagine though things degraded rather quickly once the Mexican drug war heated up in the mid 2000s and many were afraid to go visit.

Im sure now it attracts only the lowest common denominator of female.

I think it was probably 1999 or 2000..after graduating college. loved being able to cross the border with just the drivers license back in the day...just some "spontaneous" TJ trips out of nowhere.
