Absolutely agree with this. I can speak from experience. When I was an athlete and in shape in my early twenties, I was regularly approached and opened by women and even had several directly ask me out. I was in an LTR for 5 years and basically let myself go and have to work much harder to get attention from women these days. Time to go to the gym juice I guess.

Definitely, and I'd also add that I'm short (5'8") but I got a lot of attention at a body weight of 165 with a Tanita scale body fat of 8%. After EMT school I found starting strength, seriously started lifting and went up in weight to 195 at a body fat of 12% in 3 months. The hilarious thing was having old acquaintances I hadn't seen in that 3 months thinking I'd lost weight.

I really didn't see too many attractive white women at all while in Bangkok. Thai women? Yes. Then again I've been sheltered with family friends & their agendas when I visit that place.

I will however say Hong Kong is a place where the western women there for graduate studies or professional reasons have their shit together. Yeah there are the typical obnoxious fat drunk chicks nobody would touch on LKF, but walk around Central & the eating areas of HK Island during a weekday lunch time. PLENTY of talent whether it be heeled up Asian/Western chicks maneuvering around with a purpose....unlike this 45 year old spinster chubster with short hair.

Agreed. It is HARD to look at yourself in the mirror and say, "wow. I'm fucked up and need to work on things."
