I'm surprised by how right the first article is.

MiXX and Samseau can tell you all about dancing and game. "Conversation and a sense of humour" is a no brainer. Being charismatic is game in itself. Ignore these fucking magazines in general dude. 99% of their advice is pure bullshit. I've posted articles from Maxim on here before so we could all tear it and the writers to pieces. Ignore the Sex and Relationships sections of mainstream websites and magazines. Anything useful they have to say has probably already been covered by Roissy or The Rational Male.

Learning to cook for me has been a dual useful skill, it has allowed me to improve my overall diet and begin to eat healthier. It has also sealed the deal for me at least twice, and it's something that anyone can learn to do.

All a guy needs to do is master a couple of recipes, he can find online, and suddenly he can do something that 90% of guys out there can't.

Well if You look at it , in all restaurant, chef is a man job . Women do the labor things . All the best restaurant in the world are from men chef . For me is not beta at all . It will give you a very good asset . Anyways women nowadays are really lazy you shouldn't count on them to do the dinner . They will probably serv you a reheat bag of pasta precooked. They put a shitons of money on clothes,cutex,hair products but none in majority to eat well .

I would add that its important to make a big deal out of your nite of cooking-you're not doing domestic tasks for her, you are making one of your specialties and you expect her to appreciate that. Know the recipes by heart.

"Demonstrates competency" is important-women are turned on by men doing something with skill and panache. Recently i was at a regular girls house and made us cocktails before dinner(she was cooking). She watched me as i made the Martinis and commented "I love to watch you make things"
As noted in #6, it's important to take control and assign her kitchen tasks. Boss her around and correct her a bit in a teasing way. They love it when you take command.
Only cook for her infrequently- never become a kitchen bitch.
And always get her to do the clean up-most decent girls actually enjoy doing this for you

I thought the cooking bit would be more realised... upon reading that article I think of how when I am using a knife in the kitchen, girls often stop and observe (read: stare) how I handle it. They ask questions, ask if I've ever sliced myself, tell me I look like a samurai, whatever. But they stop what they're doing to watch how I work. Same thing happens if a girl is over and she sees me work on a car... as posted above "demonstrating compentency" but rather "display of proficiency"

Any kind of skill that is "generally useful" or cool will be a turn on, providing it's congruent with your lifestyle. For me this is cooking and performing music. The key point is that I don't cook or play music for her, I do them because I like doing them.

This combination of proficiency and fulfilment from my own life (rather than other people) causes 'gina tingles.

Similarly, my dad is an electrician and generally a handyman. When he rewires their house extension or fixes the car, he's not doing it for my mum. He's doing it because things need doing and he's good at/enjoys those things. The proof of the pudding is the look of admiration and love on my mum's face when he is doing his handyman shit.

Cooking is a powerful tool if used selectively and done well. I have a few select dishes that I do EXTREMELY well, and have used them to get into a chick's head, and shortly thereafter, her pants. I don't cook for every girl, and when I do cook for a girl, I don't do it often. It is something "special" for her.

One of the really alpha traits about cooking is that she is giving you total control. In the old days, men would take a woman to a restaurant and order for them without asking for their input. Try that shit now and you will get called a sexist pig.

However, with cooking, that is EXACTLY what I do. The only thing I ask her is whether she has any allergies. I also take into account religious issues (I figured that cooking bacon wrapped pork-chops wouldn't be the best move for this big booty Muslim hottie I was going to bang). For everything else, I pick the menu. When a woman gives up that control and is rewarded with a great meal, she has more faith and trust in your judgement.

Also, cooking is an excellent contrast for those of us that are projecting this hard alpha image all of the time. You are already pushing her "Alpha Male" buttons. However she might still be resistant, because she wants a "provider" type as well. Cooking pushes that button and can push a chick over the edge.

This Latina that I was banging in college once told me that one of the sexiest times she ever saw me was when I was wearing this t-shirt that accentuated my large biceps and pecs while putting the food on the table as she watched. If you're living in a big city, then cooking will differentiate you from the rest of the pack. With many people calling themselves "foodies" (and the majority of them being chicks), displaying some skill will get her thinking that you are in touch with the culinary world. I've had more gina tingles telling women that I cook for a living, then when I told them about med school acceptance. Additionally, knowing a few of the top restaurants in your city will give you an advantage too--just don't say you love Jaleo (try Minibar instead).

Definitely made points with cooking here too. Also, surprisingly, with the DIY bit mentioned, though less from the article's purported "can save you money" and just because it projected confidence and capability (in one case, for example, I was at a girl's place, saw a pair of broken glasses, took them home, and fixed them--she's been raving about it to me and friends ever since).

One key, like the cooking, is not to do it "for her" (a beta attitude), but to do it just because you can't stand to see things broken and it asserts your control over your environment (more alpha). Evidence that you can control your environment is powerful stuff.

Even made points combining both cooking and DIY, actually (made a PID controller that I use for sous vide cooking and to control my homemade smoker).

Any skill that allows you to display mastery is probably good. That said, it's only a demonstration of high value if you are exceptionally good at it. It's has to be a display of competence and control, two characteristics of attractive men.

Being good at something can also lead to girl to think that you might have excellent sexual technique. It's like, "wow he's so good at that, I wonder how good he is in bed.."

Girls get turned on when a guy can dance well because dancing allows him to directly show/communicate to her that he knows, down to the subtlest movements, how to use his pelvis.

I've cooked for women and don't consider it beta. First, it's like traveling or speaking another language; you're demonstrating worldview, skill, and intelligence. Also, there's a difference between doing something for her and including her in something you do normally. Including her is a less "primal" gesture, but still can DHV very easily as you build rapport. As stated above, it's also cheap and painfully easy logistically.

I don't think the dancing thing is necessarily right, I think it's any physical activity which requires precise body control over your core. Practicing martial arts forms at a park or gym has gotten me approached numerous times, even when I was overweight.
