Being quiet can be good or bad, depending on the situation. In terms of getting alot of girls I think its definitely a bad thing.

Unless of course, you can make up for it in other areas, like if you were really good looking or owned a bar or something like that. Something were you can be a quiet guy and still have girls open you.

But for the average guy like most of us, we have to have a skilled tongue. We have to win people over by the way we talk and the way we carry ourselves. What we talk about and how we say it is how we are judged.

Being quiet is often misinterpreted as being a pussy or being socially inadequate. I don't give girls a chance to put me in that category. I talk to them loud and proud so they can never mistake me for being scared, shy, or inadequate.

They might think I'm an agressive caveman, but they will never think that I'm too scared to talk.

Thats what usually happens when your quiet. People don't give you the benefit of the doubt. They often see it as a weakness..

To be crude with it, I can't stand motherfuckers that don't know when to shut the fuck up. I abhor discussions where people continually talk over each other and cut each other off, or try to talk louder than the next person. To me, it's a sign of insecurity when someone can't handle a bit of silence. If you're talking ALL THE TIME, folks will start to tune you out. You become background noise. If you have something good to contribute, folks will miss it because you never shut up.

Quiet doesn't necessarily equal shy or anti-social. You can love company, just not be a rowdy loudmouth. If the few things that come from your mouth are funny, or sharp, people will respect who you are. Chicks will be intrigued. The more boisterous guy will always get the bulk of attention, so if you're more on the quiet side, you need to pick your spots and be more strategic in your approach to women. Target that cutie that doesn't appear drawn to the loud guy, or doesn't want to compete with the other chicks for his attention.
