Its tough to balance work, girls, working out, family, friends, hobbies, partying, eating, and sleeping! There is not enough time!

Its so easy to get worn down and exhausted from our fast paced lives. Not to mention the alcohol, drugs, late nights, lost sleep, and wasted time and money. Sometimes banging girls and being healthy do not fit together very well.

I set out to find another way. I need both. I need to bang girls and be healthy at the same time. I almost need them to feed each other. The last few years of my life have been about trying to merge these 2 pursuits together.

The following strategy is one that I developed over the years of trying to balance all of this. Its very simple...

I bang girls in the morning. Especially, the weekends when they don't have to work. I tell them to come over around 9am. They crawl right into bed with me. Everyone loves morning sex.

By 12 noon we are usually working out or having brunch. Its really a great way to start your weekend. As the afternoon comes I just have this relaxed, happy feeling. I feel like I have already accomplished the important part of my weekend. Now, I can just relax and do whatever the fuck I want.

The girls usually leave around 12 or 1pm and we both go on with our day. The always come wearing workout clothes so I'm pretty sure they tell their friends/family that they are going to the gym.

At night my friends start getting ready to go out and I am getting ready to read Roosh.

I recommend this strategy to anyone who feels like the Game is wearing them down and they need some rest. There are ways to get pussy and also get a goods night sleep!

An exercise date is where we go to a gym together. Or on a hike. Or to a yoga class. Usually followed by lunch.

I go to upscale health clubs with nice pools, hot tubs, showers, weights, basketball, tennis, etc. We lay out by the pool for a while then I hit the weights and she does her little booty workout or cardio or whatever. No. The first notch usually comes from a bar/dinner date. This is usually the third or fourth time.

I don't recommend this as a way to close. Its easier to close at night.

That is the whole point. I don't want to give up any of my precious time, money, and energy chasing these broads. Its all about my lifestyle. This is how I would be spending my weekend afternoon with or without her. Almost everything is on my terms.

I'm not going to say its easy to bang girls during the day but I do know that girls are down for it. Not alot of guys try it so I think its a nice little mix of sexy, spontaneous and dangerous.

The only thing I know is to start drinking early and start escalating early. As always, logistics is key.

Looks like this can be applied to any activity you do regularly on the weekend. E.g, you bang her in the morning, bring her along to walk in the park/visit a museum/ grab some mid-day sushi , then ditch her and continue your day.

Keep in mind that the "exercise date" is a different move then the "sat/sun morning bang". They can be combined, but you want to be banging the girl before you invite her over for a morning bang.

We set up the "exercise date" a few days in advance. I don't try to bang her before the exercise date, I try to bang her after the exercise date, when we've had a few drinks. An "exercise date" is just like any other date, except it happens during the day.

The "sat/sun morning bang" is a completely different move. That's basically a booty call, except in the morning. You only do booty calls with girls you are already banging.

Once I have banged her from an exercise date, I know I can then invite her over for a morning bang.

Exactly. My motto is "Why wait til midnight to do what can be done at noon"

The whole point of this is to maximize your free time without wasting any time, money, or energy pursuing sex. You can substitute exercise with one of your hobbies.

I incorporate the girl into my lifestyle instead of re-arranging my lifestyle to accomadate her.

This is not a "closing technique". This is a "lifestyle technique". This is not about sex. Its about sex on your terms.

I've ALWAYS tried to do this. I LOVE waking up to it, where I'm barely awake and just going on touch and pure instinct. There's no better way to start the day than busting a nut. It's actually when the body is most PREPARED to fuck. Your testosterone level is at its highest first thing in the morning, and you often wake up with that morning wood. Excellent Gio, I've been waiting for you to post this thread.

I've always been interested in how you've talked about balancing a healthy lifestyle, i.e. not spending so much time hunting and being able to bang on the regular.

I'm really going through this stage at the moment - I'm trying to reduce by alcohol intake. After all you don't really need it on a night out.

Yep, morning is the best time. My girl likes it better then, as do I. She works a stressful job and I'm getting ready to start a new one, so it works out the best for both of us. I gotta tell ya ...This was how I felt in my twenties. It comes from only having one type of game and gaming one type of girl. As you get close to 30 all your friends are getting married and having kids and you kinda go into a panic mode. You wanna find a nice girl and settle down too.

I remember reading this back when Gio first wrote it and it blew my mind. Back then it had never occurred to me that girls would want to come over before lunch.

Since then I've done these morning/early afternoon dates a million times.

My favorites are hanging out at a park nearby for sunbathing, slacklining, yoga; or going on a photo walk around my neighbourhood (I live in a cool part of town).

Making breakfast also seems like a good idea. I make excellent coffee and pancakes - I can see it working.

The plus side: I've used morning dates to assess a girl's interest in me (any girl willing to set an alarm to meet in you early Saturday or Sunday is very into you) and as a thermometer to their lifestyle and habits.
