Doctor Oz is a mangina tool of the pharma industry. Do exactly the opposite of what he recommends and you'll be fine.

Mangina every time I read that word it sounds sooo funny to me!


I can't hate Dr. Oz, his shows/advice helped my mom lose 45lbs (22kgs) in 2011, and I am very happy she lost the weight, and see she is happier than ever, problem is I had to cough up near $10,000USD in new shoes, dresses, hats, and purses to go with the shoes when she lost the weight.

This is why I don't need a daughter, my mom grabs plenty of money out of my pocket, but I love her to death.

I seriously can not comprehend how a) fat people are so delusional towards their health b) why they think they have to be "skinny" and "diet" as opposed to living a healthy lifestyle and being a medically acceptable weight c) how they care SO MUCH what people think of them, they are so insecure any comment about food they eat, they way they look or exercise they do will send them into a frenzy of self-abhorrance because they KNOW the person is right, but as described in A they are too delusional to even acknowledge it.

Something really needs to be done to educate people early on as to nutritional principles, exercise and the dangers of being obese.

I did a google search of fat shaming they are all trying to rationalize why everyone hates them and how being fat has nothing wrong associated with it. MANY PEOPLE ARE EVEN COMPLAINING ABOUT DOCTORS FAT SHAMING THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB AND SUGGESTING THE P ERSON BE HEALTHY: ma'am your cholesterol levels are through the roof and you have diabetes you should probably change your diet and exercise her: YOU FUCKING PIG WHY WOULD YOU SHAME ME LIKE THAT IM GOING TO EAT A GALLON OF ICE CREAM.

I have a few diseases/disorders that are (supposed) causes/symptoms (depends on just who you talk to, but it can be a vicious cycle at times) of being fat. I went to a doctor, a specialist in endocrinology to get help in managing/controlling them. At the time (I was a teenager, ~16) I was severely depressed and absolutely not able to go through the mental... torment that is 'dieting'. When he asked me how hard I was willing to work to lose weight, I was honest and told him I couldn't do it (even if I'd wanted to). I was essentially told, "Well, then I can't help you. Come back when you're ready to stop being lazy and get better."


"When I was 21, my gynecologist told me I was "too fat for her to see my cervix" and told me that I had to lose weight if I wanted a better exam. I wasn't able to get my birth control that day, which I used for my PCOS."

FATTIES MISTAKE ANY KIND OF CONCERN FOR THEIR WELL BEING AS JUDGEMENT. Unless they are seriously working towards a healthier lifestyle I truly wish an extremely early death upon these pathetic excuses for human beings.
