So tonight I was sitting on my reclining chair enjoying my cigar and coffee on a clear night when I see this very bright spot of flickering light that's not normally there:




When I first saw this light it was slowly moving upwards vertically and then stopped at a certain spot in the sky. It was flickering red and blue lights underneath it sporadically. I thought it was a plane at first as I live near the airport, nope planes don't fly at that altitude and usually move at a steady pace and don't stay in one spot. Helicopter? Nope, you'd hear the chopper blades. Blimp? At 11 pm-midnight nowhere near a stadium and at that high of an altitude? Nope. I thought maybe it's a very bright star burning out light years away or a planet, but I don't think these would have blue and red flickering lights underneath it and at about several thousand altitude near the earth. Oh wait, maybe it's a satellite...but satellites are in space and not meant to be easily spotted on a clear night as a bright flickering light (maybe?).

And here's another thing...not shown in the picture is a smaller faint version of the bright light swaying in and out of the darkness on it's left side about a mile or so from it.

I've never seen these two strange lights before at that spot of the sky, I know the earth rotates and the stars "reposition" in the sky but the movements and the flickering and the swaying make me go ...hmmm

I was mesmerized for more than an hour sitting on my reclining beach chair smoking my cigar, drinking my coffee, got my camera in the middle of it and took 20 pictures. Hope they're friendly and not probe my ass, ha. Interesting night.

I saw one once as a kid with a friend. In broad daylight. And it wasn't some flickering dot that was ambiguous looking. It had a very geometric shape that I still clearly remember.

I'm thinking this is either some secret military (testing) shit or an actual UFO. There are simply no other explanations for it lingering in the sky and flickering that way. Meteors don't do that. Planes don't do that. I guess helicopters do, but they regular news/commercial ones don't generally get that high in the sky.

My guess on the best way to transition to bang is--assuming you had a girl there--to tell an elaborate story about how your grandfather "saw something like this back in 1944." Then go back and forth telling scary, weird stories. At some point, ask: "do you ever get the chills?" She'll tell some bullshit girl stories. Bring her into the house and show her some weird statue or photo that always gives you the chills and "makes the hair on the back of your neck go up." Put your hand on her nape. Make out. Escalate. Bang.

Awesome, I love this type of things. A good night on the terrace having a cold beer with a good cigar, and a UFO sightning. You are really lucky man, I would love to see the rest of the pictures if you dont mind.


Regarding the bang, I would just start a conversation regarding how amazing and mysterious the universe is, and the we as human beings are but like a grain of sand on a beach, all this with light smooth kino. Proceeding for the kiss and just leading her to the bed right inside the room.

@Fretdancer the other pics are basically the same boring picture, just a bright spot on a dark background but doesn't justify what I saw tonight. I wish I had a telescope or high-end telephoto lens to capture it.

Thinking about it, they probably spotted me giving smoke/light signals from my cigar and were observing me while surveying the city. And those 2 lights probably had a mother ship-mini ship relationship.
