Paul Karl Lukacs is one of my favorite writers in the blogosphere. You guys may remember I posted his infamous article about his encounter with US Customs some months ago.

He wrote an op-ed for a Hong Kong newspaper about how doing business with US companies while abroad--even if you're not a US citizen--can subject you to US copyright laws (see Megaupload) even though the laws on the books explicitly state that US copyright laws do not extend overseas.

Thought those of you who are currently doing this type of business overseas or thinking about it might find that article useful.
