I would really appreciate any ideas on this one.

So I was out with a few friends at this bar Saturday. I was posted up standing with my back to the bar, elbows spread out, talking to my friend. This single girl who I had been checking out earlier comes by me and points at the empty chair by me as if to ask permission. Then she sat down but never made eye contact.

Was there anything I could have done differently? This seems like one of those situations veterans go on autopilot for. Am I relying on eye contact too much?

Then as we were leaving we were getting our wrists stamped for reentry and the bounced tried to pick a fight with me (seriously- I'm so polite people that I'm Mormon). Does inner game mean guys want to fight you and women are afraid of you?
