Yes.

Its been a while since I pioneered that place back in '95.

Go to where the university is, the neighborhood's name is escaping me now.

Great for Day Game, tons of fly Ticas.

Get them to tell you the night spots.

The red light district is wild and fun also.

If you are going to go to the beaches, that is a whole different story.
