I've done a search and could not find any. I've been here in St Louis for about a week and have only went out a few times.
Anyone have any insight on some of the bars.
So far it's been a mix of good looking to unattractive girls on Main Street in St. Charles(close to where I'm staying). I got a few numbers down there last night that I'm going to follow up with in a few days.

I used to live in St Louis, but it was about 15 years ago, with some periodic visits since then. You can google all these places to get the most current information. I guess you could call this my first data sheet!

1) Delmar Loop in University City is where a lot of the avant-garde, artsy types go... you will bump into a few Wash U students. Be sure to check out Vintage Vinyl, Blueberry Hill (best burgers in STL, according to some publications), Brandt's, and Fitz, all with in walking distance of each other. It's not a heavy duty nightlife spot. Best bet for pickup I know is by the dartboards in Blueberry Hill, but I am sure there are better picks to meet women now.

2) Sauget, IL, where there are many strip clubs, night clubs, etc. Sauget's a seedy area, but most of the best late night clubs are in the STL area were (and probably still are) there. Supposedly the bar called "Pop's" was a place you could finding some easy broads at 2 to 3 am, around closing time. They may be skanky though...you have been warned! Endgame logistics can be a pain though, as the area as shitty and industrial, with no good hotels nearby.

3) Laclede's Landing has some live music venues, but the music is too loud to really meet anyone. Pain in the ass to get there too, and paid parking on the cobblestone riverfront, and long lines to get in the venues. Mississippi Nights was the name of the place I remember. Might still be there. The Lumière casino hotel is nearby, but it is not that great, as I mention below.

4) Some restaurant bars are around SLU (Harpo's and Syberg's), but I never enjoyed those much...but you might enjoy them. Most girls you run into are probably in the SLU dorms, as living off campus is not much an option (shitty neighborhood),

5) The casinos around St Charles and Earth City have some night clubs in them. I like the Ameristar best. If you are based in St Charles, I would focus on that area. If you get a room in their hotel (Ameristar or Harrah's), they are probably the best bet for getting ass---excellent logistics! Lumière and Casino Queen in downtown area suck, IMHO.

6) There is a local chain of bars called "Hot Shots" that is a get-a-bucket-of-beer-and-throw-darts place. Usually some decent college age girls in there on weekends.

7) Central West End (not far from the Delmar Loop, mentioned above) was originally a gay district, but is now "mixed". Honestly I found it a good venue to meet girls, because the bitch shields were down somewhat. Lots of coffee shops, bars, etc.

8) If strip clubs are your scene, they are all in IL, and....they are actually pretty decent on the raunchy scale, nationwide. The best one was Roxy's, in Brooklyn, IL. Really, really seedy area. You will understand why St Louis is one of the nation's most dangerous cities going there. But they have security guards in the parking lot. But the live shower setup they have with chicks fingerbanging each other and eating each other out is a sight to see.

Check out the http://www.riverfronttimes.com website...that is another good source for nightlife. It's an independent publication that is not censored too much.

I actually went to tilted kilt which just recently opened. It's right by Hot Shots...The girls there are pretty cool and me and a cousin have set up dates with a few. We went to Hot Shots with them after they got off and it was a pretty cool place.

I've been there 3 times and it's one of the worst shitholes in America both with regards to game and for living, it's in the top 5 for Murder, Rape and assault in all of the US and has very little good bars, good areas or hot girls to speak of. The casinos are filled with people but these are classless One-armed bandit floors.

The one gem I found was the Lucas Park Grill which had great food and hoping later at night.

I've lived here all my life, unfortunately. It can be really hit or miss...some nights there are some decent/attractive looking girls, other nights it's nothing but beasts. I would say typically it averages out to about 50% black girls, the rest are either white or Asians. I've noticed it is pretty variable though...some nights it's almost all black girls, sometimes there's several large groups of Asians, which usually live or are staying nearby in a shitty hotel with each other. You also get a wide variety of age groups...girls range from mid/late twenties to 30's or occasionally 40's. During the summer, they tend to be younger. Usually during the summer there will be nights where there are lots of decent looking white girls, but unfortunately you still have to deal with massive egos and bitchy attitudes. Most of them show up in large groups to be lavished with free drinks and attention. Also on most of those nights, the ratio will stay mostly reasonable until between midnight and 1 am, suddenly it becomes a sausage fest. The good news is, most of those guys either don't approach or have weak game. I actually live in a small college town in IL but the guys here have much better game than the guys in st Louis. During the winter it's a pussy wasteland...finding an attractive, feminine girl at any of the spots in st Louis or Illinois is just about impossible...there may be 2 or 3 acceptable looking girls in an entire venue which would usually have dozens or even hundreds during the summer, with high turnover. It's hardly even worth going out during the winter. Anyway hope that helped out some. If you can travel anywhere besides st Louis I would highly recommend doing that instead.

Thanks for the reply. Well, it'll definitely be Memorial Day weekend and not some cold winter time. How does the summertime talent compare to say, NY or MIA? Ever been out in East St. Lou? What are the best daygame spots?

St. Louis is a city that I'd love to get a job and live in for a while. It's a small yet historic downtown with INSANELY CHEAP loft condos, the kind/style that would set you back a fortune in NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, New Orleans, Seattle, or more "world class" cities.

St. Louis has (all located downtown) a great MLB franchise, a very good NHL franchise, and an NFL franchise - together that is 81 + 40 + 10 home games a year which makes for an incredibly busy and vibrant influx of visitors / suburbanites flooding downtown on a regular basis.

Probably one of the more underrated/affordable cities in America with Pittsburgh and (in my opinion) Milwaukee. You can live like a baller on less than $100,000 a year in each of these cities. If you make more than that the sky is the limit.



quick google search for "downtown st louis lofts" gives you a plethora of bargains - the one above is 2 br / 2 ba, 1800 sq feet for $195,000. insane. Why the fuck would anybody want to struggle in NYC or San Francisco or Los Angeles when you can live like a pimp in St. Louis. if you get a job making $40,000 a year, have good credit, and are willing to have a roommate you could OWN that condo free and clear in 15 years.

I couldn't disagree more. Virtually all of the violent crime is across the river in the ghetto, so unless you're in a gang or trying to buy drugs from shady people nothing will happen to you. I'm from New Orleans and we got the same shit: "murder capital of the world" blah blah blah.
