I have been getting some numbers as of late. I don't expect girls to remember me since they're giving out their numbers to many guys in the club. So when I text I remind them based on something in our brief 3 minute conversation we had. I don't expect them to remember me if I don't remind them about our talk especially since they don't all ask my name. Do you think this comes across as being insecure though?
Also, a bit off the topic, but what percent of texts do you generally get a response from?

3 minutes is not enough time to leave a strong impression. Try to build a stronger connection before getting her number. Don't rush it. She should enjoy talking to you and want to talk you again. She should remember you!

When my game was weak, it was like 30-60%

Now, my game is much stronger and its like 60-90%

I forgot to mention that a lot of the girls are giving me their numbers without me asking. Not sure if that changes anything.

I think some girls give it to a guy to get them to leave them alone. Some give it just because they want to receive a text for their ego as well I guess. I guess it works both ways though because I think men ask for the number without intent of calling
