In Day Bang, roosh advocates only opening single girls. In my town, it's rare to see a 1-set & 2-sets are everywhere.

What sort of techniques do you guys use to open and then, more importantly, engage the 2-set?

In night game, I found mini cold reads like "this one looks like the nice one, this is the mama hen and you must be the bad influence" works wonders. How do you feel about using that in day game 2sets? Anyone have similar routines to engage 2 sets when the sun is up?

It's a bad idea. During the day, two girls together are enjoying their girltime, probably have plans to shop or do other girl bull shit, and don't want to be hit on by dudes. if you can't find women who are just chillin by themselves during the day, here's some advice:

You're not looking in the right places.

Paired girls are not worth working on during the day. At night is fine, since 2 girls together in a bar are usually winging each other. Get after'em!

That part made a lot of sense, but as a gamer I'm always going to look for the high-probability play. I am -not- saying not to try, but if there is a chance to talk one-on-one with a woman i like, i'd take that over a 2-pack any day. Maybe that's too closed minded of me, but I'm interested in efficiency not getting points for difficulty

i forget which RSD guy said this but (paraphrasing), "You don't get bonus points for approaching a 10-set of models during a bachellorette party while your friend lobs grenades over your shoulder". fair?

There are many more paired girls during the day than single girls in my area. I don't expect to close all of them, but at the same time I can tell within 3-5 minutes if our personalities jive and if there's mutual interest. TBH 8/10 approaches the mutual interest isn't there (on either my part or the girls part), but the 2/10 where there is mutual interest are rewarding to outweigh the other approaches.

I'm not sure which part that is? There's a part of opening a pair in a coffee shop where you eavesdrop and enter in a generic bit of conversation but which is the closing part?

What I'm interested in is how to captivate an audience of 2? Do you address both of them at the same time? Then how do you express your interest at the one you're interested in without offending her friend?

I don't exactly agree with this outlook; the whole point of daygame is to talk to women when they're NOT on the prowl for guys to pick them up. They are closed up against night game, but very open to indirect daygame, because they are open to the "meet-cute" fantasy which requires them to be ostensibly closed off to dudes actively hitting on them.

Girls who are "just chilling" during the day are ripe for something closer to nightgame, you go more direct and seek to stimulate them the way you would in a bar/club/party.
