Last year I lived in Madrid for about 7 months. The women were cold and beautiful and it was real hard and several months before I learned to speak enough that I could meet lots of them. But there was a sufficient population of English speakers that it wasn't an issue as far as a social life and getting laid. french girls.

Getting ready for 6 months in santiago, Chile where I'll have a job/internship and work 40 hours a week. An apartment. It's for work and life, not as much a vacation although it certainly have a vibe of vacation much more than @ home lol.

I speak ~63% fluent Spanish so I intend to really try and join the Chilean community whereas in Spain I was part of the extranjero community of Erasmus and American students. I realize it won't be Madrid or Buenos Aires for women but I'm sure there will be beautiful women. Especially with my taste, I'd go for Luna over Hermione any day to give an example that maybe you could easily picture..

The job will actually have me traveling regularly to Buenos Aires and Rio and a few other major cities. God willing I'll be able to go out on the occassions..

I'm off a hot streak (for the likes of me) of what I'd call.. a year or so... that ended in a concoction antibiotics but nothing permanent. Either way my disposition has been altered, I'm just not feelin trying to bang the hottest random slut I can find at a party or a bar every wed-sat. So maybe some self respecting conservative chilean chicks may not be so bad?

Don't have any experience of Santiago (although I am going there in a couple of months for the first time) but I was in South Chile this week.

I was only there for 4 days but picked up a really cute Chilena. A lot of Chlilenas are really cute facially but don't seem to look after their figure for some reason. Or maybe it's genetic I don't know.

Anyway, my experience is limited but was pretty positive.
