Confrence Calls or Skype for Job Interviews

Confrence Calls or Skype for Job Interviews
Which are the advantages or drawbacks of either? I have never done a Skype interview for anything work related but obviously it mimics closely the real thing. I've become used to Conference Calls and appreciate the ability to have notes organized to guide me through the interview. Would this be frowned (from a HR standpoint) upon to follow the same formula with Skype?

if they cant see the notes what does it matter? Set up some notes written beside you so they can be referenced during the interview.

Its like taking an online test. Your not supposed to be using goggle and tons of other references, but who's gonna call your bluff?
