Both. There are tons of Russian tourists of all sorts - couples, families, mixed groups, group of guys or girls. At night on and around the Bali Hai pier you'll have hundreds of Russians all out drinking with friends.

As well there are plenty of Russian whores, organized by the Russian mafia back home. Not just you. They're definitely in the 3-6 range. If a girl is any more attractive than that in Pattaya, within a very short time she'll have multiple Westerners sponsoring her and have so much money she won't know what to do with it all (witnessed first-hand.) Ok,you can hate on me for saying this but having read his page he seems like an ok kind of dude to me. Yes he's a bit of a nutter and seemingly loves to bang pros but I'd have a beer with him if I bumped into him,bet he's got some interesting stories to tell. Sometimes when people look a bit out there,especially big dudes like him, we find it hard to reconcile that image with liking animals and kids and having a soft heart, but why not? Googled him. Guy was a loan shark. Had a business called shark financial services. Real nasty violent piece of shit he is reading up about him. Probably better than 98% of them. I think the only reason he is in Pattaya is because he got chased out of Aussie and NZ. Will only be a matter of time before Thailand will put up the not welcome flag to him and send him packing. The fact he can stab a canadian tourist and brag about how he bribed his way out of jail time for doing it doesn't exactly endorse any Thai tourism image. When you start bragging in international papers you can kill someone in Thailand and bribe your way out of it, this will bring unwanted attention to yourself.

Its just a stereotype that the Indians are cheap. The best customers and most sought after are the Japanese because of the rule of 2's stereotype (2 inch cock, 2000 baht, 2 minutes of their time).
