Officially on day 8 of no fap, no porn. The goal is for a minimum of 90 days but if I can id like to keep going for the entire year. I have noticed that I have random flashbacks of porn that I used to watch. Anyone else have this problem?

But the best is to force yourself to give sex to your partner/wife every day. This will reduce the need for porn. No masturbation through screen is a must.

Day 1. I'm aiming not to jerk off or look at porn for the rest of 2019. I'll also be switching some tactics slightly. I've (like others here) personally noticed that if you've got significant romantic or sexual female encounters while on nofap/noporn it makes your journey much easier as you have an outlet to make the rewiring transition much easier.

A friend and I are currently holding an honest accountability system with each other when we slip up or when we reach a week milestone. For every time one of us slip, the loser gets a picture of a fatty or something else unpleasant to the eye. While you obviously have to be comfortable and have a decent level of trust in the other person I do realize it's not for everyone and is obviously much easier to do with strangers online like we're doing here.

The main problem I've had with no fap is that I start to develop the rapefugee mentality, I literally will fuck anything, but maybe that's a good thing? Not sure about this. If I stop myself from fapping, I guess banging any random hoe is my bodies way of telling me to reproduce regardless of who it is.

Porn already shows us a glimpse of our future. The guys at home fapping to the girls of their dreams, and the guys who are more realistic and actually get bangs in the real world. It's very scary but I feel modern porn is a big reason behind guys who give up finding a girlfriend, because why opt for a normal 4/10 when you have millions of 10's just a click away on your screen? All good points, I think it’s just proof of how badly our governments are letting us down in the name of “profit”. Don’t they see how corrupted society has become in the space of only 50 years. I managed a full month of No Fap so far. Note that I also did No sugar so that might have influenced results. These are some of my observations:

-It is damn hard, really it is. My sexdrive got a lot higher and I wake up with morning boners pretty much daily (before not so much). I also remember my dreams vividly which is interesting. Gonna read through this thread again to see what guys who are doing this long term are saying, you guys are beasts!
-I am quite certain my testosterone is up and it has some positive effects, a bit more focus at work, a bit better energy in the gym, girls pay more notice to me, especially in nightlife. None of these I can say are 100% certain, but I would bet they are real effects. Muscle recovery seems to have improved as well and in competitive sports, I became even more aggressive than I already was.
-Interaction with girls has changed. Before when I girl I was fucking or had a chance of fucking would act out, I would put her in her place, jerk off and give her no more time. Now I tell her to come over just to bust a nut. It kind of works because you just ignore bad behavior, fuck em and that's it, but somehow I don't think this can be good in the long term. I just have plates so for me it doesn't matter too much but for some of you in long term relations...
-Sexual chats and flirty messages are done also for me, you don't want the temptation, although when really horny you might not be able to help yourself. Fuck those slutty WhatsApp status updates damn it, they make me lose focus! This might be strange to some of my distant girls, who must feel like my desire for them has decreased, where it actually has increased. Closeby girls will see an increase in attention.

Well gents, I've made it to two weeks again... In total I've only made it this far 10 or so times, and maybe 5 or 6 times consciously. Entering dangerous relapse territory today and had a close call in the shower today. Anyway I'm ok. I make it another week and it'll be my second or third longest streak.

Noticing again that I'm more confident, waking up daily before my alarm goes off, morning wood, getting solid sleep, and am noticing literally every woman.

That aside, have not noticed much additional benefit besides a deeper and smoother voice and somewhat reduced bacne. All in all still worth it.

The most natural way to reset in my opinion is to trade porn and masturbation for regular sex with a woman you care about/love. To me this feels the most healthy.

Not only the most natural way, it is the only way. If you are a normal, healthy male, you must have sexual release.
