IMHO this is a stupid because he clearly isn't putting much thought into how he's doing it. Even when you approach in the most terrible way you will eventually get lucky. Just standing on the street and randomly starting talking as the girls go by makes him look like a weirdo.

I do think he had a chance with the big-breasted girl though, and I don't understand why he didn't show how it ended up (so I assume he couldn't close).
