Is it worth while going to <100,000 people town in Poland, cz, slovakia, or FSU for a 1yr(or more) for bangs? I am talking about a small city possibly 20,000-40,000 people. I have a feeling there is gonna be very little nightlife or much shit to do in general, few people speak English, maybe a lot of girls are out of the town to college, and u lose anonymity real quick.

If there isn't a university in that town, then no. Girls leave dinky towns like this for bigger cities, either to study or work. A third-tier strategy does have a lot of downsides if you expect to plow through a lot of girls. It's probably better for getting just one or two girls.

I live near three towns that have populations of 50 to 80,000 inhabitants, each town has a real nice disco and small colleges, during the fall and winter; esp. winter, these places are incredible for meeting girls, the compitition will be non exisitant, reside in a small city in the FSU during the fall and winter months, and it could be the best winter of your life, summer is a different story, you'll be totally bored.

The funny thing is that this question was posted by a guy who is 'bored out of his mind in China and he doesn't know what to do'. Is Europe your close reality or is it just your wet dream?

But answering your question, i don't think it's good idea, the smaller the city is the lower your chances are of finding job, nightlife will be considerably worse and after some time, your 'player reputation' will be know in all places and I don't think that's helpful. About village girls - without local language you will be hopeless.

I think the best thing is to stay in 2nd tier city which is also a hub of smaller towns around, then rent/buy a car and roam around.
Gives you much flexibility, not have to be dependent on lousy public transport or overcharging taxis which anyhow not there when you need them.
