Yeah I know what your talking about. I think its called "jelqing" or something like that. One of the videos the guy recommended using a pump for 10 minutes and then "jelqing" for another 10. So I will try that.

I always thought this shit was fake until I saw that guy on the cam site. I think it just takes time and dedication.
