Anyone else has this problem? I only seem to be able to get attraction from chubbys,below average or average chicks and it kinda comes quite easily. However, anything above 7 seems almost impossible. No IoIs and they put up a shield like I am invisible to them or something. What do you guys usually do? settle for what you can get or keep striking out on the hot ones till you get lucky??

I like game broken down into 3 essential qualities.

1. Confidence (fake it till you make it)(this is your inner monologue and it's supposed to be saying "I'm the shit, I rock, I'm the shit, I rule, I'm awesome, I'm better than you, etc... This is why stupid guys start getting laid in their teens) I'd say overconfidence is cooler than actual confidence.

2. Abundance mentality. (fake it till you make it) This means you don't give a fuck about a specific girl, because you have 10 others to rub you down and suck your dick at a moment's notice. This you have to fake initially. This attitude will yield TONS of interest from girls. Stop putting pussy on a pedestal.

3. Ability to physically escalate (kino. This one can't be faked, just learn to escalate physically as soon as you meet a girl. start off innocently and slow, then move from there).

Further: how much have you studied on Game? how many approaches have you made? how's your fitness level?

What I think it's happening is you're putting 8s and 9s on a pedestal. You spot a 6 or a 5 and your best game comes out because of #2 (see above), but when presented with a 7 or 8, you fuck up because your abundance mentality goes out the window and beta traits pop out unconsciously.

Ummm 5'11 around 175 lbs, face average or below average lol but I am a real rookie when it comes to approaching and all that. So I guess what I am hoping is that I can get better quality as I gain experience. Either that or continue to strike out with hot ones till I finally get one - numbers game.

5'11 and in good shape is enough to get you in the game. Just remember, unless you're really good looking or have some apparent status, hot girls think about you the way you think about the "chubbys, below average or average chicks." There's really no reason for them to pay attention to you until you give them a reason.

I personally would rather have no sex than sex with an unattractive girl. I think you just have to get better with time. I don't know your situation, but if you keep practicing your game and being a cool guy, building a good lifestyle and working on your body, then you will develop an inner state that will make you magnetic to all women, including the attractive ones.

I smile back when a big girl smiles at me in an "approach me" way in a bar, but I shiver on the inside. It must mean she thinks I'm at her level.

I think it's a good thing to feel you deserve better.

@ Islander yes I agree with all those things but I dont think I put 7s + on pedestal, its just a lack of interest and the cold vibe I get from them almost all the time.

@muc lol if I had that mentality I would get nothing. Obviously I do have some standards but lets just say they are not very high as they say beggars cant be choosers but ye I am trying to improve every time I go out.

Beginner with a suit will just seem try-hard.

I don't know how old you are but I would give this advice to myself.

• Get the basics under control: hygiene, body odors (bad breath can fuck up your game), the way you dress etc.
• Read manosphere. I'm serious, it's gone a long way for me in internalizing the alpha mindset
• Go out every night if you can – my biggest sticking point was not going out regularly, once a week doesn't make for consistency and lack of consistency makes the learning process slow as fuck; the reference points are all scattered and it's harder to notice patterns
  

I have a long way to go but I've made sick progress recently, pushing myself out of comfort zone daily.

Attractive women get pursued relentlessly by the top-tier men in her area. If she sizes you up and surmises that you are not of "top-tier" caliber, she's not going to be responsive. It's a frustrating wall to run into, but it's just another hurdle to jump. Make the necessary adjustments and approach when you've got things in place.

I think that for uglier cats, the way to approach is indirect. Start off your approach with a funny comment about the surroundings. Even if she thinks at first outset that your shrek, she might laugh and that gives you more opportunity to chat, maybe slip in some kino and a tease and build rapport.

For uglier guys, there's a lot of danger in going direct before any real reason to see you as worthy of a date has been presented to her. You'll get instantly shut down with cold attitude. I see it happen all the time.

Also, for uglier dudes - hair, clothes, posture, accessories (watches, bracelets, etc) can help with your curb appeal.

I have two friends who are naturals. One has almost no style whatsoever. Black or gray pants, black t shirts, and saucony sneakers. Thats his uniform. But hes 6"4 and has classic american looks that women dig.

The other guy is strange, but knows how to peacock right and dresses very well.

A man who doesn't have a great face can make up for it with an in shape body, (not saying you have to be a gym rat), a good wardrobe of fashionable clothes that fit, and a great haircut. There is a chain of haircut places called Floyds that will give you a great, edgy hairstyle for $24 bucks. They have em all over the place. I'm in LA and there are many of them all over town.

you need to work gradually on this. go for your 8s once you're hooking up regularly with your 7s. go for your 9s once you're hooking up regularly with your 8s, etc. if you're new to this you're not likely to just skip steps. this way you will increase your level of entitlement which is huge thing overall
