A girl at a wingman's school did that recently, but she made up a fake person instead. She said she walking down the beach and some stranger attacked her and tried to rape her, one of the social workers involved said off the record to my bro that it was to get special consideration for her exams, her story didn't make sense at all so she admitted to making it up a day or two later. She's 18 but didn't get a single charge and is still getting special consideration for her "ordeal". One of the (many) reasons I left law school was because of how arbitrarily the average judge made decisions... it was clear that spending my time trying to figure out how they made rulings was a total waste of time.

This goes back to child's rights more than anything.

Child's rights are hardcore. The government will take a child away from its own mother if the standard of care is deficient.

All things considered, both mother's and father's rights are often subordinate to the child's legal rights.

For those who disagree with the decision - how would you actually want child support to operate in that situation?

This kind of stuff really drives the argument for judicial abortions to become a thing in the US; giving men the right to reject a pregnancy going to term post-conception. No consent? No rights and no obligations for the man then.

That fertility clinic story (first link) is some real scary shit. The clinic didn't even get the man on record claiming to be the owner of the sperm before putting it in the chick... Since this chick went into an IVF clinic and the guy is 36, I'm guessing the chick was your typical mid-30s childless slut who was desperate to have a kid by any man. Have seen this play out so many times with other dudes.

4) Serve little to no time and get a child support payment out of it from the kid/rich family.

Kind of, yes. I surmise that if a wealthy enough family is involved, the court will eagerly play both sides of their corrupt coin:

1) He (the minor who was statutorily raped) is the father and has child support responsibilities.

and

2) He's also a dependent child of wealthy parents - they should carry the water for him until such time as he reaches majority age.

There shouldn't be any child support, she's 34 fucking years old, she has a job and domicile and food, etc. Since she is a strong independent woman, she shouldn't require any assistance.
