Doing a little research on good year round paragliding locales that also lend themselves well to girl hunting. And ideally, a low GDP.

Any experiences?

In Brazil there's a city called Governador Valadares, home to the Pedra do Ibituruna. Google it. If you're looking for low GDP this is the place [at least per capta, considering the region boasts huge iron ore production].

As for girls, however, they're ugly as fuck. And if you don't come in may to june [fall/winter], you're gonna simply melt down.
