Just wondering if anyone has done this and if it turned out positive or negative.
Did you mention to them that you recognize them from POF or OKC?
If so, do you mention this at the start of the conversation or later?

Yes I have and it gave me more confidence to approach them since I knew they were single a looking. I never mentioned it to them though. I saw a cooworker chick on POF and after reading her profile I changed my opinion about her. But she was a fatty so I didn't approach her, plus being a coworker.

I saw a girl in my outer social circle once who was on one. I said ' Have I seen seen you on ...' She was almost trying to save face and I just said that's cool, and made fun of her saying, that's the first step to meeting someone with a shit eating smirk. Tell her you can give her tips on her pro. Use it kinda like a story line. I said 'Your pretty cool, I'll go home and check your profile and then message you if I like it' again with a smirk.

Don't let a chick with an online pro slide, call her out and tell her to 'Hang in there you'll find someone'
