A lot of these cyberlockers have been getting hit lately as part of a targeted effort by the porn industry to shut down their access to payment processors, particularly paypal (they use paypal's policy about porn hosting/sharing).

That being said, there's a limit to what this effort can do-those launching the war have some pull in the USA and Australia, but can't knock out many big fish or target players out in the EU and elsewhere. That is to say nothing of the numbers involved-5-10 new sites arised for every one knocked out.
Netload (based in Germany) I believe has survived and is still paying. They are having problems with paypal last I heard though (might have stopped using it entirely), so you may need to try another payment processor.
