I fly to Lima this week and want to spend some time in Cusco as well. Would you guys reconmend this cities in Peru or are there other jewels to be discovered?
i have around 20 days in Peru!

If you have a free weekend, I would grab a flight or bus to Trujillo. i spent 3 months there, and its a pretty cool laid back city, and the girls are better looking in the northern cities in peru. Also, grab a 15 min combi ride to Huanchaco, small beach town with some nice chicas walking around in bikinis, espcecially this time of the year.
There are 2 decent nightlife spots in Trujillo - Las Tinajas, and El Estribo, both filled cute peruanas on the weekends. I heard good things about Arequipa too, but never got there.

Lived in Cusco for 3 months many years ago. Yes you can get a reputation for being a womanizeand. It took me 6 weeks and they all knew who I was. However, the skankiest skanks are not the girls from Cusco, they are from Lima, Trujillo etc. They come to find work in Cusco but just end up partying and banging foreign dudes left and right.

These girls, bricheras, are 20-25, away from their families for the first time, away from judgemental friends, in a city that parties every night, surrounded by foreigners for the first time.

In short, they are the most DTF birds on the planet. Most stay about 2 months then go home. So after you're pegged as a dirty dick, a knew crop of skanks rolls in and you have a fresh start.

Had the time of my life there. Enjoy.
