It almost seems like an industry, hot girls just raking in cash off of betas who throw it at them.

My sister works as a bartender. She routinely makes decent bank in tips herself, but she says the *HOT* girls can straight up kill, like 60k+ a year income from what amounts to a retail job, just because they're hot.

I've been wondering, though.

Do these dudes who dish out massive tips to hot girls realize that they're not special, and just one of like 6 big tippers girls are getting in a night?

Sometimes I feel these dudes would act a little differently if they only knew how common their behavior was.

Yeah, I can definitely see where you're coming from there wrt strategic tipping, I'm really talking about a specific TYPE of dude here though, the fat balding 40 year old fuck who can't stop flirting with the hooters waitressed and handing over cash.

I know a few bar girls very well. They always tell me how they have a few customers who bring them gifts, tip $200-$300 in cash for just bringing them a few bottles of beer. My old boss was known at the local strip club as "Daddy James" lol

It is just that not everyone values money equally. $200 may seen like too much of a tip to you, but maybe for then it is just what they paid for their imported water from north pole

Everyone always hates on hot girls who get things because they're hot. Why? Sure they were genetically gifted but its not like they go to work dressed in sweat pants and flip flops. They took the time to learn how to apply flattering makeup, be flirty, exercise, wear nice clothing etc. Being hot is female game. Sure they're exploiting betas but aren't we just exploiting hot women? Some of us were born better at game than the others, but we take the time to learn game techniques, the right mindset, optimize our appearance (diet, excercise, clothing, grooming), and be attractive to women in every way we can to further our goals (banging chicks).

For reasons I won't go into I typically get HORRIBLE service from wait/bar staff untill they realize that I don't fit their stereotype of someone who looks like me.I usually tip well anyway because Im aware of WHY the service usually sucks when I first go someplace new.Once they relize that I tip well the service improves alot.Hot chicks do tend to fare better $$$ wise in the service industry than ugly ones and if good looks is all that god gave em then who am I to judge???

Indeed. The same reason why my ltr was able to make good money as a bartender is the same reason I like her. She knows how to look good and be friendly in a genuine way with strangers. Like a good sports bar bartender vs. a club bartender that you just yell at.

It's just the way shit is. Just don't be that Beta tossing the cash around. I am cheap but if had bankroll I would tip well on good service. I still throw down good tips when I can and when I get outstanding service, and in all honesty nowadays I tip dude bartenders way better because they consistently give me better service and like G says they remember you when you roll through next time.

So, it's a fact about me that I'm not particularly proud of that homosexual men think I'm pretty hot stuff.

I'm considering learning how to bartend from a buddy of mine to try to find a gay bar to work for part time to get some cash off this concept.

It's something that I don't understand.
Maybe it's a cultural thing, since in many European countries it's not required to tip.
In my region it's not the norm to tip at clubs, bars and lounges, maybe sometimes in restourants or hotels.
Here if I leave something for the waiter is just because of particular reasons, like he's been very nice and helpful.
About hot waitresses, I don't get the point of spending more money than what I'm actually alrealdy paying, a drink for example, just because she has good tits and a classy makeup.

they make a lot more then that at the right spot. a hot chick at a high volume spot in a bigger city will pull 2 or 3 times that on a Fri or Sat

Objection. Being attractive is something that 99% of females are born into, almost a guaranteed destiny. The fact that some of them (other than those who were genetically unlucky enough to be gifted with a butterface) are fat, ugly, poorly dressed and etc. is an abomination of a natural state that results from not putting in a minimum of effort.

Being hot is not "game". It's not even close.

That said, I don't mind hot girls making a killing off idiots. Sure, it's exploitative, but it's the only rational choice, given how many fools there are around.

At 5 days a week, that would be $60K a year, which probably isn't a ton in NYC - but most bartenders do not work a full-time schedule simply because the jobs IS TOO STRESSFUL. For the same reason, they tend to take a lot of time off, further decreasing their income. On top of that no benefits and the job has a short life span because at the end of the day working in that environment and under those conditions is just not realistic for the long run.

Until you've dealt with slobbering drunks at work when you really don't even feel like talking to people but still have to put a smile on your face and are juggling 20 things at once while running your ass up and down the bar, you won't understand.

But working as a bartender or a waiter are far more stressful and challenging positions than most people realize.

I imagine that for a hot chick, who on top of all that has to field a million drunk idiots hitting on her (all of whom take every single thing as a signal she wants him) while she's trying to keep the drinks coming and keep up with the pace, that it can be a nightmare at times.

I agree with this as well. But averaged out over their other shifts, these one or two solid nights are balanced out a bit.

I admit that 99% is an exaggeration, but unless you live in the UK or some other place famous for horrid genetics, replace it with the term "the vast majority" and that's it. Perhaps I'm biased because I live in Croatia, for which Roosh too can agree that has incredible genetics, but still.

A girl doesn't have to be model-looking to get enormous amounts of favors, money, gifts, special treatment like the ones described in this thread. She just has to be "cute", "bangable" or whatnot. And I still think that a vast majority of girls are like that naturally, unless they put in a lot of effort into getting fat or mutilating themselves with skrillex/piercings/tattoos.

Being pretty (or cute, bangable, etc.) is pretty much the sole purpose of female genetics. Wouldn't it be weird if most of them didn't end up like that?

Are you trying to school me on bar work? I started working in a restaurant at 14 and had my own wine bar at 24. Gettin 60k on top of wages is ridiculous for unskilled labour.

that's not his job he is a tree surgeon, he was estimating based on an English style pub he goes into that has one barman who throws his tips on he bar behind and leaves them there till the end of he night, he thinks there is a minimum 250 there every day.

that's not his job he is a tree surgeon, he was estimating based on an English style pub he goes into that has one barman who throws his tips on he bar behind and leaves them there till the end of he night, he thinks there is a minimum 250 there every day.
