wave loading...
I decided it was time to change up my routine. After reading a blog post (sorry, don't remember who gets credit for it but it was in our realm of topics), I decided to try out wave loading.

I am really liking it so far. I don't know if it was just changing my routine or if it is the wave loading but I am looking more pumped. Normally I would get the pump look and it would deflate afterwards. heh So far, a noticeable change.

Does anyone else have any idea if I am just imagining this or if they had similar experience?

I don't entirely agree with their loading patterns, but 10 years ago this same principle was called pyramiding out. It is slightly modified, but the idea is the same. It is an easy way to get a little more volume in your training which for the beginner or intermediate can be very beneficial when done properly and in moderation.
