Bailing on a date - what excuses do you use?
I met a lady last night for a drink. After I spoke to her for a couple, I realised that she was a bit messed up emotionally, didn't look very good and I wasn't attracted to her. I originally met her at speed dating.

The venue had karaoke and the singing was pretty loud...she said after a while,"I need to go outside, I can't take the noise". She signalled to me to come with her...I said, "It's OK, I want to finish my beer", and I let her leave! I stayed about 2 mins myself, finished my beer and went home!

What excuses have you guys used to bail on a woman?

BTW lesson learned - never meet a lady in a karaoke venue!

change in plans, can't make it today/tomorrow

you can add ", we'll meet some other time" if you insist

edit: right, could've read that shit better. "hey i gotta go, it was nice meeting you" and hug if appropriate. if a girl does something repulsive i would walk away without saying anything or with a mere "bye"

Who cares, make up whatever you want. Tell her you're working, tell her you're busy. Imagine if the roles were reversed and she was planning on dumping you. You think she would be overthinking what to say to you? Hell no, she'd blurt out whatever popped into her head first and be done with it.

Never, ever say "My wife/girlfriend wanted me home by (current time)."

As you can guess, it has the opposite effect too often.

I prefer to just say "I'm going to get going, thanks for the cocktail/coffee."

I never say "I'll call you" or "See you soon" or anything like that. I've done the silent fade if she's really a cow, but the world is a small place, and usually it gets around and I hear about it later.

I think it's much more masculine to say "bye" in some way, and leave off the "see you soon" connection.

Edit: and if she presses you for why you're leaving and won't be coming back, it's best to use the old hamster line: "I like strong chemistry" or something to that effect, versus "you're a real headcase."

If she is a bitch, I just say I'm going to the bathroom and never return.

One time, I said my brother was a bounty hunter and we had to go to Arizona immediately.

You don't have to say anything - just say "bye" and leave.

Whenever I encounter such a situation, I always wish that I was a girl. It comes to them naturally without any practice, whereas for me it just screams "it's rude, so sure, I can't do it, I CAN'T AIEEEEEEEEEEE..."

I would honestly just start being extremely vulgar. I do that when I don't care about the bitch. Just start being overtly sexual and rude it can be fun. But honestly just leave you do can just say "im sick", I have to do xxx in the morning.

Said she only fucked like 4 or 5 niggas so you know you gotta multiply by three
