Yo bro, you ever been to the Chicken & Rice food cart at 53rd & 6th in Midtown near one of the Hilton hotels? I've been there the last couple times I was in NYC and it's usually a long-ass line for that good-ass food late night. Peeps that hit this spot up tend to know what's up (prolly not as young, less young suburbanites, still a good amount of B&T crowd & prolly more ethnic). What's your take on this if you're aware of it? Lotta ppl come here for food after the club.

Doubt it..Unlike Penn, GCT shuts down at night. The last train out of GCT is about 2 am and after it leaves the whole station shuts down and commuters aren't allowed to wait inside the terminal.

The one problem I see with these catbird seat type pickups is that you have to be in certain areas of the day when you'd rather be in a bar/club. You really have to make the choice. Because of this I see this as a hail mary befire calling it a night Now if there are places where you could di thus approach all night however...
