The accent is French yup, I've no clue where the models are from, the voices are not their original ones, you got 2 more versions in Spanish and French.

Hmm..I guess the majority of my experience with French-speakers has been in Switzerland, so I'm sure the accent differs quite a bit.

Pretty sure the middle is spanish could be portugese, but native spaniards and portugese have similar sounding english accents. Watch a video of javier bardem and ronaldo talking.
