You could also try learning how to use your pelvis better during sex.

Some guys are secure about their size and some aren't.

I used to read about this quite a bit and I definitely believe in it. It is free and requires a ton of time and commitment. I've never been motivated enough to put the effort in though. Haven't had a girl seem or act unsatisfied since I was in high school so maybe that's why.
