the article says it is to stem a tide of overpopulation. Amazingly this law has been blocked for 14 years from passing. That plus subsequent divorce law...get ready for a culture change.

High population count is a hindrance to growth in the Philippines (and the mechanism of this foreign Filipina-lust). The culprit is the catholic church preventing moves like this to keep the society as fcked up as possible; no help the politician-church complex likes the status-quo. The more progressive elites are divided, the doctors want it while the politicians do not bc they rely on high vote count of baranggays.

It is the lower-class people that multiplies like rabbits given their day-to-day mentality. We have families in servitude that span generations because they get knocked up time and time again with no future prospects. We take them in and counsel them but they still multiply!

Personally, if we can get away with catholicism and go full on with abortion clinics and all those population control policies, we can actually go through the last "miracle" to not be complete *tards to just ok *tards.

btw, Filipinas has a potential highly feminist way of thinking if one would to go through their mental outlook -- strong independent bullshitry. The men are betatudes similar to south-americans but are more likely to slap the shit out of the women.

This is actually one of my key indicators that signals the move to go back to Philippines. I'm tired of enriching the USA, seriously.

A cultural change is coming, the mentality is changing.. I am going back. We will see.

Wait - when I was there about 8 years ago birth control was sold over the counter in drug stores. Abortifactants had to be purchased clandestinely. The article isn't loading properly here. Were the contraceptive sales before illegal, or what changed?
