Fellows,

A couple of nights ago I met this chic in a bar. She is a 6, I am not into her but I found interesting that she was a mortgage manager in a very important bank. Since I am looking to buy an apartment to rent as a business I thought it will be a good idea to get to know her better.

Anyway, the night went well, she slept with me that night, first lizard in 2013 and know she is completely into me.

She is actually in charge of signing apartment mortgages and interest rates and she is giving me a great deal for a relatively big loan.

Do you guys do this also? Thoughs on this? Was this a terrible mistake?

Hhahha that is true, it is a two way street. I personally think esthablishing your lifestlye is a better alternative than being a male gold digger but hey you gotta do what you gotta do.

Just make sure that there is no way she can fuck you down the line once the credit is approved.

I’m going to expand on what germanico said. I make it a practice to never put a woman in any position to have information on me, or a position to hurt me if I ditch her or she decides to go bats shit-crazy. There is a woman I see every day that is pretty, fun, and has made it clear I can move on her whenever I want to , but I never will. She manages a business that has detailed, personal info on MY business. She can access it any the and adjust things if she really wanted to. Am I tempted to have her “adjust” things in my favor, sure. However, she could easily “adjust” me negatively ifs she chose. My business is far too important to risk on replaceable pussy.
