I've been thinking about it a lot lately, and I really believe game has made me a better person (better in the classical sense). For example, in my life prior to game, I had falling outs with friends over girls. I believe this was due to my scarcity mentality. Now, I couldn't fight with guy friends over girls even if I tried. Prior to game, if one of my friends' exes or family members (sister, etc) came on to me, I would have done it. Again, due to scarcity. Now I can just brush them off, "eh, I don't need you."

I find myself being more honest with girls (well, relatively speaking). I was LJBF'd a few times prior to game, and I would accept the offer, while trying to figure out how to weasel my way in. Now, even though I haven't heard that phrase since learning game, if I did, I would politely say "I'm not looking to just be friends. No offense, but that isn't what I desire." Or something to that effect. Also, even though I'm not in a relationship nor do I want to be in one, if I was, I can tell my jealousy would be pretty much eliminated, leaving for more general happiness for both me and the girl.

What do you guys think? I'm interested to hear if others have similar stories. Especially if you have other ways that game has made you a better person.

absolutely, yes
not necessarily 'better' in the sense that some people would define it, eg: a good guy, very moral person, etc
but a better person in the sense of being healthier, more efficient, more focussed, more confident, more success with women, more forthright in my communications with men and women, less beta habits(although am still working on this) and less of the scarcity mentality that you mentioned (although again i still have weak moments here and there), still i'm going in the right direction overall and i'd have to put most of that down to discovering game

I think a lot of what the game stands for is guys going back to their roots. It helps mould you into a well read, well spoken, adaptive master of your own destiny. The game rejects the notion that all men should succumb to the rat race and improve yourself. We live in a society that wants everyone to fall in line, have 2.3 kids with a horribly demanding woman, and work until your body gives out. Once you're in the game and actively pursuing what YOU want to become, you will slowly but surely start to actualise your full potential.

The game has made me a vastly better person, inspired me to look at the big picture rather than continually wear the blinders put on by the rest of the world. Everything in this world is up for grabs, the game teaches that.

I think game can make you a better person or a worse person, depending on which direction you take it.

A lot of guys that get into game, go through the motions, suffer, hit points of frustration, get too into the "manosphere" which can be toxic. Some of these guys develop complexes like secretly hating women, feeling bitter, and resentful, they simply pursue women with the intent of pumping and dumping them. The woman ceases to exist beyond anything more than a warm fuck hole.

Guys can become some what sociopathic, lying, cheating, manipulating... Now I won't say that women don't do this to men (esp. in U.S. culture they absolutely do), but when a man gets caught up in the "dark side" of game it can make him a worse person in my opinion. It can make him more one-dimensional only seeking pussy, acting like an egotistical narcissist, thinking he is better than his male peers because he gets more pussy or whatever.

Now on the flip side of that, game can certainly a better person. It can make you a better person, because it can cause a guy to strive to be "his best self" and really work on personal development. This could involve reading more books, working out, eating healthy, being more social, being more confident and self-assured. This is "good side" of game. Beyond that, when you get into the deeper levels of game, it really challenges you as a person, it will "pull the wool up" from over your eyes, and let you see things for how they really are.

Most "blue pill" guys are wearing rose colored glasses because of what societal and cultural programming has taught us about women. Through game you get to see women for how they truly can be, lying, manipulative, hypergamous, etc. Simply going through the motions, and having your world shattered by a evil manipulative slut, can cause a man to have to "rebuild", his world may get shattered, but he rebuilds with a "stronger foundation." True game will challenge you to master your emotions and psychology, which is something that every person striving to be the absolute best they can be, should strive for.

Along with what OG says, I'm not sure if game makes you either a better or worse person in general, but I feel confident in saying that it makes you more of a person.

I believe you will live more life with game than without. To me, death is the absence of meaning. Game gives meaning to that thing which so many men find to be a helpless, meaningless, mysterious endeavor or struggle. Understanding how women work can help you to fulfill what I see as the natural imperative, which is, namely, manipulating them. This is what they truly want; women crave to be dominated by powerful men. This is the dark secret that feminists fight to hide.

Yes, it made me a better person. I practiced game unconsciously before I even knew what game was, chasing girls yet getting little or no numbers.

Now I am much more in control of a conversation, avoiding many " don'ts" and listening better than before (when I did 90% of the talking). Also, it gave me more confidence in many ways (job, speaking in public, etc) when approaching good looking women, getting them of the imaginary pedestal I had once placed them on.

Only problem I see is simple: When is enough pussy enough? I don't see any end to my game, even when in some future LTR as a 60y old... This is exactly the problem Roosh writes about. There is no game-over.

No, it can’t make you a better person, or worse for that matter. It’s just like The Force, you choose Jedi or Sith. The Force is totally neutral.
