We all love younger women but I've always avoided drinking and smoking with them even though it makes things more inconvenient and difficult since my go to is the bar then my place "to smoke" with 21+ chicks. Seems like there's more risk of a false rape accusation when she tells her friend about the older guy she shared a bottle of wine with before he fucked her and never called. Next thing you know the friend is telling her how "wrong" and "creepy" it is and convincing her she was "raped".

She's already binge drinking with her friends on the weekends but it's a different story when she regrets getting pumped and dumped. Not to mention the potential contributing to the delinquency of a minor charge.

How do you older players approach this situation? Am I being overly cautious?

Thanks for the input Gio. I believe it was actually one of your posts that made me rethink my approach to the situation. This site is actually what made me think of the false rape situation before I just avoided it because I've known quite a few people who got caught up on contributing to the delinquency charges and I was paranoid her parents were gonna come after me or some shit. My paranoia bites me in the ass at times but I'd be in jail or dead without it.

Do you always videotape? Even if you end up at her spot?

I know quite a few people who have, some multiple times. You can get charges just for being at a party where an underage person is drinking. And that is not counting the restaurant biz (which I work in) where you can get taken away from your job in handcuffs for serving underage or worse for "over serving" alcohol.

It's not only a rape accusation I worry about but I see the scenario where the younger chick gets more emotionally upset over a pump and dump then someone notices and when the story comes out the angry father/white knight/feminist or whatever tries to meddle and push the issue because it's an older (I'm only 24 btw) guy who "got her drunk" and "took advantage". Chicks under 21 just want to have fun but some see them as more "pure" and "innocent" and feel it's their responsibility to protect them.

I think I've cracked the younger girl drinking date problem. You bring her to a BYOB joint. I have a favorite sushi place that I go to. It's dark. Private tables. No one gets ID'd.
