The forum here is one of the few places where there is good discussion of the massive cultural change in the last 50 odd years.

One suggestion is to learn from the past, learn from movies. Go see the original "Oceans 11". Learn from American men for a change.

- men drink alcohol straight
- they dress well, like adults, like men, not like children (actually even the boy in the film dresses like a man)
- women are feminine and attentive to their men, and appreciative of their men
- men flirt like mad
- women flirt like mad
- Angie Dickenson is proof that not every woman hits the wall
- Men talk about women and sleeping with them
- Men talk about doing things (here robbery)
- They stand up to women when they act foolish
- People are thin and healthier
- Especially women
- Women can be exceptionally catty with each other
- Men lead

They have traditional roles, but they are not rapists, or creeps.... even though they are engaged in crime. They are just men. There are things to admire and emulate. And sometimes they fuck up.

The women. Sometimes they are admirable. None look or act much like our American women of 2013. Even the bitchiness of the spurned lover is better behavior than our typical daily experiences with women.

Avoid contemporary TV. Enjoy and learn from pre-misandrist entertainment.

Thats funny- I just seen it at work for the first time a couple of hours ago.

It is looking more and more likely that I will be investing in some suits in the very near future.

The Rat Pack actually shot that film during the day, then performed and partied at night in Vegas. During that era, it was just how men dressed. Basically, if you left the house, you were wearing slacks and a collared shirt. There wasn't really any such thing as casual as we know it today. Casual would be slacks and a collared polo shirt. I see old pics of my dad from the 60s, and HE was always dressed that way. It wouldn't be the worst thing to see a little of that come back, or at least see men tighten up and dress a little neater, if not formal.

I was watching this the other week, and was having the same thoughts. Of course, post-Red pill, that's not hard. The interesting thing about the rat pack singers (Sinatra, Dino) is how they sang some pretty sappy songs (listen's to Dean Martin's If) yet were always Alpha. Today's musicians can sing the most un-romantic shit and still sound beta.

Glad to see some others seeing the same things I am. The thing that I am thinking about a lot these days is the vilification of a lot of the kinds of talk you se on this site, talk about sleeping with women, talk about self-improvement, talk that is a specifically male conversation.

Somewhere along the line talking about wanting to sleep with women - and conspiring with other men about how to do it - became "hate speech"? and a community of men became seen as a threat.

It is nice how brutally honest they are about it with each other, but there is a lot of respect for women in this story, even among these playboys. Oddly enough, that is the part of the equation is completely gone, especially among the feminist community, respect for traditional roles of women: mother, wife.

Just saw the 2004 version with Clooney and Brad Pitt. I didn't like it when it came out - was sort of distracting with all the in jokes and different personalities. I just re-watched it and there are lots of red pill, game, and con/confidence scenes.

Need to check out the original - the cast looks amazing!

That is a great movie, one of the all time best.

There are so many great lines in there, like when the rat pack crew sets off the fire alarms, or the power goes out, and a casino manager is being interviewed by TV crew out front, (it's New Years Eve), and says don't film the guests, they're all married, just not to each other.

Or when Sinatra slips his room key into top of some woman's dress and says something non chalant and cool like he pulls this move every day.

The list could go on and on.

What's the difference between us and the people of that era?

They had starved, horribly, during the great depression. Even if they didn't starve, they saw the kids next door digging in trashcans for food.

In 1945, when the war ended, those women had only one dream in the world: to get married, have a couple kids, and spend the rest of their days baking cookies. They knew that 2 kids, a hubby with a job at the steel mill, a nice hairdo and cookies in the oven was the goal of life.

Those men had only one dream in life. To not see their children get dragged into a war and blown to guts. They would do anything to ensure that future. And yes they drank their booze straight because, it helped them not wake up screaming every night.

So yeah, that's what you are seeing in Ocean's 11. These people had depth that we don't even understand.

Their children, the baby boomers, were the stupidest and most obtuse in history.

The sensible thing about the clothing of the 20th century is that people actually wore clothes that fit. Shirts and pants worn by businessmen, bikers, greasers, athletes, hippies, metalheads and rappers were loose. Today it is all just tight shirts, tight jeans, tight ankle socks, and pointed shoes which can chafe skin, strain muscles and fascia, raise blood pressure, cause blood clots, damage nerves, and lower testosterone by inhibiting blood flow to the testicles.

Damn these Hipster faggots. They promote pseudo-healthy foods like whole grains which are full of gluten and soy which is full of xenoestrogens, goitrogenic compounds and polyunsaturated fat, all of which are anti-androgens that can lower testosterone. With the Hipster music, which is as feminized as the Hippie love ballads and soft rock, being played all the time in public places, radio and TV stations, and music and video streaming websites, hipster clothing being sold on all clothing stores, which can lower testosterone, and pseudo-healthy testosterone lowering foods like whole grains and soy being promoted as part of a healthy diet, the feminization through testosterone reduction has begun.
