Anybody ever try L-Carnitine and/or CLA? I'm cutting and have heard mixed things about these supps so I'd like to hear about your experience.

Have you been watching Alpha M? He recommends these for cutting. I was thinking of giving them a go myself.

CLA is a cash grab - you get (barley) modest fat loss with it. I find I get better and quicker results intermittent fasting if I'm cutting. Nothing has worked better than IF for quick and easy fat loss.

Oh. The video I was referring to is inside a paid membership by a fashion consultant but he gives advice on fitness and dating, etc, too. http://iamalpham.com/ I've no connection to the guy, by the way - just used to be a member.

I'm sure a lot of his older vids are still free on youtube.

@Kosko: Thanks. From what I've been reading, it seems like the best thing to do is get what you need naturally through foods.
