There is no sure way. I'd keep texting and being just slightly flirty and playful.

Don't go up there with only intention to bang her. If you have the time and money, go for the fun and partying. Even if she's not into you, if she's a cool friend she will introduce you to other girls and party with you. If she's not into you and and won't introduce you to any chicks then she isn't a cool friend. Ditch her and go approach.

You could also go up to these parties and let her see you getting other girls. That will allow her to see you in a more desirable way.
