You can get custom suits and shirts built in the ME for a fraction, with the same fabric quality. Do you think those rich Arabs have their man dresses made from $6 a yard fabric? Hells no. It is world class, and I have shirts made from the same fabric. And my over coat. I didn't even know wool was made like that.

You can fly to the ME, wait for suits, ect, come back and still be in the black.

I was looking at doing the same thing, with taking an Express shirt to be reverse engineered, but can't seem to find a 97% cotton, 3% spandex blend on the bolt. Even then, I'll have it done in ME for a fraction. And take my own fabric and thread.

My best friend is from the UAE and has told me about this too, but I have one big issue; an Israeli stamp in my passport. I am not confident enough to give him my measurements when he goes to visit and hope that they come out alright. Currently I use my mom's dressmaker as a tailor. He is an old Chinese gentleman from Shanghai and has worked utter magic on off the rack stuff. I am prepared to roll the dice on him, but same deal, when I flipped through the fabric selection I was disappointed.

Another friend of mine is apprenticing at one of the best tailor shops in my area, he can get good fabric from Pal Zileri, Zegna etc but again, I'd be paying a pretty penny, even with his discount applied.
