Asian cultures are far behind the west in animal welfare issues. Look at what they did to these pigs in Korea. Warning, if you are sensitive to animal suffering you might not want to watch this, it's like viewing a pig holocaust:

I eat meat and I don't consider myself part of the "animal rights movement" per se, but I think people need to be aware of the fucked up shit people are doing to them that is totally unnecessary.
