Hiring cute girls can work wonders for sales. I work in finance and many of the individuals working in sales are women and they kill it. A lot of the times they act as sales assistants for the senior guys and they are used very effectively. A friend of mine works in institutional sales and everyone calls in to deal with her become she sounds pleasant on the phone and actually knows what you are doing. Reading the manosphere you always hear these crazy stories about women but you need to realize most men are just as useless when it comes to working. I say only 10% of the working population do a good job so you need to take that into effect as well.

I keep a far distance from any females in my company, but hot female sales reps are very gameable. In fact those are the only sales reps that get my number.
