need help sizing/estimating a web server's specs
I'm in the process of launching a website. Will probably do hosting instead of a dedicated virtual private server (VPS) for now.

In any case, I'm looking for some feedback from any of you guys who have experience as a webmaster or admin.

Basically, how much RAM, CPU and bandwidth do I need per 1000 users? I know with hard drive space/storage, it depends on the number & size of files uploaded. Bandwidth would probably also depend on this as well as number of pages viewed per visit and size of each page.

What would a site like this forum or a Facebook need per 1000 users?
