this thread, the WORST shit-hole thread, /thread-20601.html

describes the kind of places you wouldn't want to be caught dead in, and it got me thinking about those places that can be described as " barely inadequate" meaning that it is generally crappy, but with some minor improvements it can be a decent place.

these palces are not to be confused with 2nd and 3rd tier cites which are desirable in their own rights but wallow in the shadow of more famous world class cities.

any suggestions ???
