Hi

Imagine this:

You have a girlfriend for 3 years and you live together with her.
You go for a weekend to your parents and that weekend she answers
the phone only sometimes, but she tells you she loves you
and you are so used to her, you push away the bad thoughts.

Actually she is cheating on you, for quite some time, with another guy,
and she's having anal sex and she's swallowing his sperm.

The problem is that your ego is too big to notice that,
and probably it wouldn't work anything...

Sincerely, is there anything in the world which would make you break up with a cheating girlfriend that loves you, but also likes having adventures around, without you knowing it?

Your girlfriend doesn't love you if she's cheating on you. If a girl is cheating on a man and staying with him at the same time, she is using him. She doesn't respect him, views him as an idiot, or worse.

By finding a guy to marry she has officially gained approval in the eyes of her friends, family, and co-workers. She has found a man that will sign off on her and provide for her, thus proving that she is high status.

In the eyes of those around her she appears well behaved and put together now that she has a man who has "spoken" for her. Therefore, she can now go off and do all the freaky shit she wants.

Why I am asking the above question is that I know such a guy, whose girlfriend is cheating and having passional sex with other guys... and nobody is telling the poor guy, because they all think that nothing is going to change anyway...

I suspect the guy in question has really low self esteem. No amount of love is worth having a whore like that in your life as a mate. And I refuse to believe that any guy can be clueless about such a whore.

I am with my girl for a bit more than 8 months. I've never ever let my guard down. Sure, I behave aloof with her, tease her, have fun with her, but I never fully trust her even though she is very feminine and she takes care of my needs. I do reward her for that.

She used to sometimes praise other dudes when talking to me and I just tell her with a smirk to call them on a date if she likes them so much. If she continued with praising, I spontaneously (without beta butthurt) finished the date and then I was unreachable for a few days to her. Her messages and calls used to get so frequent by the third day that I considered buying another number. On the morning of the 4th day, I'll wake up to see like 7-8 missed calls from her and a message asking me if I'm alive and telling me that she's freaking out. I would then text her with "lets drink tonight" and she always showed up fully dolled up for me and was horny as hell.

Things like these happened four or five times before she stopped with shit tests and started with a practice of choosing words before speaking to me. I can detect those shifts in her speech and I just smirk knowing I did a good job.

And yeah, regarding your question, It's not the ego that is keeping you with her, it's being her bitch.

If you suspect something, subtly test her, she is human and she'll make a mistake if she is cheating and if you're good with psychological manipulation.

You did what you could, it's not your problem any more. There's nothing else you can do about it, he has to go through it himself now and suffer the consequences.

If he's your mate, I would revaluate your friendship with him. If he's not your mate and just someone you know, then leave him to it. No skin off your back and he deserves everything he gets if he's not listening to friendly advice.

I'll admit that my ego has caused me problems in past relationships and it's still laying there under the surface if I'm not careful.

I think it comes from basically always getting my way growing up. In other words I can be an entitled bitch at times.

And I hate to lose.

And yes, rejection when approaching was a real bitch at one time and I still have to tell myself to let it go at times.

It can take a long time for some emotional traits to change and they don't always leave you entirely no matter how much you try to repress them.

There was a time when I used to have a girlfriend that I really loved. She cheated on me with her ex. When I found out about that, I felt sick in my stomach. I never imagined that she could do this kind of thing to me. Then I realized that I couldn't change her. This is not the first time she did this, she did cheat on her ex as well.

I deleted her from my life practically. Her phone number. Her facebook. Her email address. Our photos. Basically everything that reminds me of her. I changed my phone number. Moved to another place. It's probably one of the lowest time in my life. However, I am glad that I did it. There's no way I am going to be with someone who cheated on me.
