At the risk of sounding beta, she's actually pretty cool in person. Definitely not a valley girl. I've run into her a few times in Boston, especially on the Esplanade near BU.

Yep. They go from "I don't need a man" to "Where are all the good men?" in the same conversation. They're selective regarding gender roles - anything that benefits, but nothing that carries a burden or responsibility.
