Crock Pot Recipes
Let's get these all in one place:

Taco Chili
  • 2-4 Chicken Breasts
  • Chili Powder
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Can of corn
  • Can of black beans
  • can of pinto beans
  • Can of diced tomatoes
  • Jalapeños cut up

Put the chicken, jalapeños and powders down first, then the cans of beans, corn and tomatoes will be enough liquid to cover them up. Put it on low for like 8 hours then use forks to pull the chicken apart. Mix it all up, eat. I added franks red hot until it was hot enough, cayenne would work too. It comes out to about $2 per big bowl, so it's pretty cheap. The chicken's the most expensive part by far.

I always have pulled chicken (Just put chicken breasts in, cover them in water for 8 hours on low then use the forks to pull) and mix it with eggs for an easy, filling breakfast. Or just put chicken, lettuce, bacon, bbq sauce for a quick tortilla lunch.

One last chicken one: 2-4 chicken breasts, with a jar or two of salsa (until the chicken is fully submerged), and pull it again and it's some dope spicy chicken for quesadillas, nachos, etc.

Some good italian beef:

3 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1 package dry Italian-style
salad dressing mix
1 (5 pound) rump roast

Combine water with salt, ground black pepper, oregano, basil, onion salt, parsley, garlic powder, bay leaf, and salad dressing mix in a saucepan. Stir well, and bring to a boil.

Place roast in slow cooker, and pour salad dressing mixture over the meat.

Cover, and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours, or on High for 4 to 5 hours. When done, remove bay leaf, and shred meat with a fork.

1 can corn
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can white beans
1 onion
1 pk smoked sausage
1 other can beans

Cut the onion and sausage, brown in a skillet. Put the soup with water and beef broth in the crock pot to get hot. Strain the rest. Add all and let sit for a few hours.

RE: Crock Pot Recipes
Squash soup:
1 butternut squash (chopped)
1 can of plum tomatoes, or three fresh ones (chopped)
1 package of frozen peas
2 chicken breasts
1 can tomato juice
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic
Place in crockpot on high for 4 hours, then cook on low for another two. Hit it with a portable mixing blade to pulverize everything. Or not, depends on how you like you combination. Can also be cooked all day on the low setting. You can add raisins for flavor or pour over cooked rice if not worried about carbs.
