Cops ask, I'd be straight up and honest. "I thought she was cute and wanted to talk to her. Obviously, she wasn't receptive."

If they're gonna get on me for that, then there's more than that that's a problem. And if the approach goes well, then nothing's wrong anyways. It's only if it goes poorly, she's in a bad mood, etc, in which you'd have to worry.

Yes. If parents are around, I wouldn't.

I've approached a group of girls who've had legit BIG BLACK bodyguards in suits(My friends were mindfuck-d at this). I've approached groups with 3 guys and the lone girl (that by her body language isn't dating any of them). Just last night, I snuck into a b-day party bar-section and was cheering w/an unknown b-day girl.

Its ALL based on how you read the crowd and how you conduct yourself.

I've sarged in Penn Station in front of dudes with machine guns.

My friend that sarged in the subway got stopped by the cops and just told them he was trying to pick up women. The worst they're gonna do is tell you to get the hell outta there, right?

I remember reading a thread about guys getting in serious shit for "sexual assault" while trying to pick up feminist chicks. Probably a good chance nothing will happen, but today's world is getting scarier for guys.
