Manhattan (well, not counting Harlem and north...) is its own city. As a resident in one of the outer boroughs, I can hardly call it a part "New York" anymore because of the nature of the area and the people that frequent it. Few other places come close to the quantity of women, but you need money and game. That's all there is to it.

I would say you have to come here with the expectation of working hard and making your dream happen. There are no free rides here unless you have money in the bank. Game and poosy is a result of that, more like sport, like a soccer or softball league. You should be able to find a decent apartment share for between $400-$1000/mo with decent roommates, just look at craigslist and interview. Being a full-time NYU student would've been pretty awesome, have you considered that? Either way, you will have to work, and game just adds to your quality of life.

I learned a few things from reading the responses here and I have been living in Harlem, NYC my whole life! Money is key to date decent/high quality women in this city. I am not expert what so ever but the way your game is set up, in general, will come into play also!

I am new here so I missed all of the bang pics (SIGH)lol!

Oops, I totally forgot I'm only half way through my trip report for my latest NYC stay. Will have to correct that this weekend.

Or the appearance of money. That's even better. I didn't put out much on the girls themselves. Most of my expenses were fixed (lodging/trip) or me overindulging in Michelin stars.
