My game is good but to a certain point. I'm able to pick up females and go out with them the same day. But on the 2nd day, I'm not able to get them sexual, despite attempts to kino escalate.

A girl I met was an FOB from China. The same day that I met her, I took her to the park. She liked that experience a lot. On the day after, I took her to a very cool bar. She dressed very sexy for me. I was trying to get some kino going and to kiss her. But she wasn't feeling it. For example, I placed my hand on hers and rubbed her shoulders because she was cold. I also pinched her chin in a sexy/cute way and tried to angle her head my way to kiss her. But she just turned her head the other way.

I suspect that I have kino-escalation and comfort issues. I dont think that I'm kinoing right and creating deep rapport with them. Can you guys tell me what I'm doing wrong and what steps can help me get this part of my game right?

Sounds like she doesn't feel comfortable with pda. What happened after that? Did she refuse to go back to your place? She probably would refuse after your attempts in public and knowing what you'll be going for. How old is she?

From what you're saying, the interest is there. Next time you meet her, do not kino in public and show reduced overall interest in her. Then invite her to your place. If she accepts, slowly make your move.

The shoulders thing is pretty forward for a first escalation. Start by touching her arm (or leg if it's convenient) when you're talking, then work your way toward more overt kino.

The very fact that you said "because she was cold" makes me think that it was an uncomfortable and/or out of place move from the start. If it made sense to do it, you wouldn't have to add that explanation.
